In the massage I balance the body’s energy, target specific issues, and address the underlying structural imbalances that cause pain and dysfunction with gentle yet effective Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques along with Hawaiian lomi lomi. My hands can tune in with your body to sense what techniques and how much pressure it will best respond to. These include kneading and stroking, compression, rocking, acupressure, vibrating, stretching, joint mobilization, and energy work.*

Modalities include Swedish, deep tissue therapeutic, reflexology, shiatsu, Thai, craniosacral, Chinese tui na, and Hawaiian lomi lomi.
